Operation Staff (SAT)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Send emails to partners informing the ship&039;s name, profile code, deadline to upload
MNF, deadline to return Discharge list.
Handle, upload MNF on VNSW within deadline
Download and convert Discharge List into excel file for services, checking quantity
before sending out.
Handle wrong seal report/Check, Keep watch mailbox and feedback to
Handle daily DISCHARGE LIST of vessel operation or non- operator
consignee/shipper daily
Update the data to relevant department for checking purpose, and fulfill into final
Handle loading list of Services which vessel Cosco operator or non- operator
loading plan
Keep watch on the vessel cargo operation. Liaise with vessel owner to solve and
support our customer related issue of the ex- cargo.
Be responsible to update internal system for the vessel Cosco operator or non- operator

JOB REQUIREMENT
- 1- 2 years of working experience, preferably in sales/shipping lines will be a plus.
- Male, Graduated from university with a relevant major.
- Language: Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese will be advantage
- Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships.
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
