JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Management Intern
Approbation
Follow up on current test batch/ products
Internal Process for approbation (signing contract purchasing samples, export sample from warehouse for test, payment, release and moving stock in Inspection stock...)
Coordinator with PM team and testing vendor (test lab) for the testing
Draft registering documents for test/ Explanation documents for each batch as required (model numbers, manufacturing information, technical information, testing method...)
Products
Tracking on pricing of Products on market
POSM Refference (tracking, checking on rivals competitors POSM...)
Draft the translation on system (working on Censhare) / Product cards
Labeling
Follow up/ update on labeling process/ Guideline
Label allocation and tracking label delivery for each internal or external warehouse
Checking on label information
Others
Other admin tasks for PM team
REQUIREMENTS
Result- oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Familiar with Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
3rd or 4th year student majoring in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
