JOB DESCRIPTION
Check and approve transaction of Purchasing
Tracking database on goods / material (product code/stockmovement and ending balance)
Conduct stocktaking periodically
Maintains goods/materials procedures & ensure thecompany complies with the related regulation
Supervising and checking expense voucher arising atrestaurant
Reconcile daily sales / tips / commission
Ensure to issue VAT out invoice on time
Support HR team calculate month payroll
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to delivervaluable insights and actionable recommendations to the CEO
Other tasks assigned (Detail ledger file, count &storage acc voucher)
REQUIREMENTS
- Have from 3 years of experiences Stock and Expensemanagement, COGS calculation in FMCG/manufacturing/retails company;
- English: Immediately level;
- Good and deep knowledge about principle of accounting andaccounting system, tax policy;
- Honest, positive and willing to learn
