JOB DESCRIPTION
Quản lý yêu cầu nguồn lực của các đơn vị và phối hợp với team dự trữ nguồn lực, team tuyển dụng để lên chiến lược đối ứng cho các đơn vị,
Làm việc như RA ( Resource Assurance) ( bộ phận điều phối nguồn lực của FWA- Fsoft Workforce Assurance) HCM
Triển khai các hoạt động motivation nhân viên, giảm retention
Tham gia vào việc xây dựng quy trình, phân tích data, và những hoạt động cải tiến
Làm việc với các bộ phận sản xuất (BUL, FSU.BOD) để nắm bắt cơ hội dự án, lên kế hoạch ram- up nguồn lực cho mỗi dự án hợp lý
Tham gia vào việc xây dựng và triển khai những ý tưởng, chương trình nhằm phát triển, điều động và đảm bảo nguồn lực cho Fsoft
Kiểm soát nguồn lực của các bộ phận và xử lý điều động nguồn lực phù hợp
Triển khai các hoạt động Internal Recruiting trong phạm vi toàn Fsoft
Thực hiện các báo cáo cho các bộ phận liên quan
REQUIREMENTS
Có khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt và tinh thần trách nhiệm, tính chủ động cao trong công việc
Khả năng phân tích data và report tốt
Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành liên quan như QTNS, CNTT, TC- NH- KT....
Khả năng giao English tiếp tốt.
Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm, có tố chất, yêu thích công việc liên quan đến quản lý nhân sự.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc về quản trị nhân sự hoặc quản trị dự án lĩnh vực CNTT là lợi thế
