JOB DESCRIPTION
+ Check periodically and compare stock in- hand between our system and LSPs system to prevent the variances
+ Record and report to team leader or manager in a timely manner
+ Proceed and manager on spot customs clearance in the North
+ Prepare forms and submit for import license with support from Planning team
+ Manage and arrange paper order delivery to customers in the North
+ Follow up and keep track of local suppliers (LSPs) performance to secure smooth logistics operation
+ Fulfill equipment sales order in the North (Hanoi and Hai Phong)
Key challenges
- Ensure daily operation control to optimize the company’s logistics service and costs
- Ensure that always perform the job well with highest productivity and efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
+ Good at Computer skills in MS Office, E- mail and familiar with ERP system (oracle is preferred)
+ Able to work independently under high pressure
+ At least 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation
+ Good at customer care, problem solving skills
+ A collaborative, solutions- oriented approach and strong communication skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Economics, Business or similar fields.
+ Good at English and Vietnamese
+ Strong analytical thinking
