POSITION TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Genkin is looking to employ a Sales Executive to discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiating deals and pointing out customer needs. A potential candidate must have excellent communication skills in conjunction with the ability to reach out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through social media, offline/online meeting, email and phone. Furthermore, a Sales Executive will closely work with marketing’s department to release effective promotional campaigns together with collecting customer’s feedbacks for logistics&039;s team to improve the transportation&039;s process.
Last but not least, a Sales Executive will help the company meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leverage technology and build an automated consulting process to take over mundane tasks and reduce human intervention.
Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving monthly targets.
Collecting the customer questionnaire to create new documents for an effective working & training process.
Tracking the system to ensure that the data are always precise and fully provided to clients and GM (General Manager).
The ability to quote pricing and negotiate directly with customers, as well as managing their portfolio to maximize profitability.
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking, calling, online/offline meetings and turn them into long- term partnerships.
Be proactive in sourcing new clients besides Genkin’s customer data.
Responding to clients’ questions quickly and effectively through all of our communication channels such as social media, phone and emails.
Strong understanding of Genkin&039;s service in order to present, promote and sell to current and potential clients.
Working intently with other departments including customer service, data, logistics, marketing to improve the company&039;s service.

You possesses these qualities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software (e.g., order management software).
Proactive, ability to work under pressure and multitasking abilities.
Excellent command of English is required, with prior experience working in an English- speaking environment. Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation skills and great problem- solving skills.
Academic requirements: Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience in consulting and customer care, preferably in a related field.
