JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Executive with a major role of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will be handling and overseeing our full- cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, developing short and long- term recruiting plans. Aside from that, you also support Halocom in terms of administration, employer branding, etc.
Position Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with Managers to identify staffing needs
Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks;
Plan, execute interview and selection procedures, including screening applications, calls, assessments and in- person interviews;
Keep track and manage candidate databases via internal applicant tracking system;
Communicate with employees and knowing their concerns;
Assist in building company branding.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Identify the source of the issues, counseling the employees and resolving their issues;
Assist in company administration such as carrying out clerical duties such as taking calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, paperworks,...; overseeing the maintenance of office facilities;
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENT
Experience
At least 3- 6 months working in the position of Talent Acquisition/ HR Executive/ HR Communications as an Executive or Intern.
Knowledge, abilities and skill
Ability to manage and handle multi tasks;
Extensive communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
Ability to operate alone as well as in a group;
A Plus to Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
Exceptional attention to detail;
Outstanding problem- solving skills;
