JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Development &Management
Build and regularly update detailed customer database
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
Conduct scheduled customer visits according to plan
Proactively prospect, approach, and develop new customers in assigned territories (local traders, dealers, processing factories)
Business Development &Sales
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
Prepare quotations, execute contracts, and monitor orders
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions
Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment collection
Consult and offer agro commodity products suitable to customer needs
Market Intelligence
Gather competitive intelligence on products and services
Monitor supply- demand trends, price fluctuations, and market policies
Compile customer feedback on product quality and services
Collect and update market prices for agro commodities daily/weekly
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer visits, and market conditions
Support resolution of customer complaints and issues
Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on- time delivery
Participate in company meetings and training activities
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Minimum 1 years of sales experience (preference for candidates with experience in agro commodities, food, or FMCG trading)
Existing customer network in related fields is an advantage
Strong knowledge of the HCMC market, especially wholesale markets and commercial areas in District 4 and surrounding districts
Skills:
Own motorbike and valid driver&039;s license (frequent travel required).
Self- motivated, proactive, and able to work under high pressure
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Strong communication and relationship- building abilities
Preferred:
Knowledge of various agro commodities (rice, corn, beans, coffee, pepper, etc.)
Basic English communication skills
Experience working with traders and processing factories
