Sales Operation Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join the Growth Department and act as a key operational partner of the Sales team.
This role ensures the efficiency and transparency of sales operations by managing orders, maintaining accurate sales data, calculating dealer discounts and sales incentives, and providing performance reports. By working closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams, the role helps ensure smooth operations and enables the Sales team to focus on revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations Coordination (50%)
Receive and process sales orders; track order progress from creation to delivery
Manage operational cost settlements and maintain proper documentation
Manage sales- related documents, contracts, orders, and reports in line with company procedures
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
Discount & Incentive Calculation (25%)
Calculate sales incentives and bonuses for the Sales team
Work closely with Sales and Finance/Accounting to ensure accuracy and timely completion
Calculate and reconcile trade discounts for Dealers/Agents in accordance with company policies
Data Management & Reporting (20%)
Provide sales data insights to support performance monitoring and operational decision- making
Prepare periodic sales performance and collection reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Maintain and update customer, contract, and order data in the system
Other Tasks (5%)
Support other operational tasks as assigned by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Admin / Commercial Operations / Business Operations
Strong Excel skills (data handling, reporting, calculations)
Hands- on experience in trade discount and sales incentive calculation
Experience working with CRM / ERP systems is a plus
Skills & Mindset
Able to handle both operational coordination and reporting tasks
Good communication and time management skills
Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Logical thinking with good data sense
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
Good English reading and writing skills
