JOB DESCRIPTION
Please be specific about what Intern main tasks/responsibilities
will be
Control Environment Committee
Meeting summary/note/minutestaker
Data analysis and consolidationas guided case by case by Compliance Counsel for non- potential significant violations
Support quarterly CECcommunications activities by conducting research, drafting communication materials(letter/communication video/infographic/games), and tracking the timeline ofcommunication activities
Support follow- up with partners/vendorsto ensure timely completion of all communication activities
Record- keeping:
Support in recording and tracking of documents/data relatingto business partner due diligence, internal approval procedure of gifts, meals,business entertainment, sponsored travel, and donations
Assist Compliance Counsel in tracking and compilingparticipant data for Compliance Department courses/ activities
Support in recording data of compliance trainings/compliance activities
Compliance Health Check
Project:
Do legal research as guided by Compliance Counsel
Follow- up with other Legal team members as assigned byCompliance Counsel for the corrective/ preventive actions to be taken asscheduled
Support in presentation deck preparation
Personal Data Protection("PDP")
Conduct legal research regarding PDP as guided by ComplianceCounsel
Other tasks assigned by
Compliance Counsel and Legal Head
REQUIREMENTS
Good at English writing
Promote integrity, transparency
Disciplined and organizational skills
4th year law student or 2024 fresh graduate, student with major of Law Administration (Quản trị Luật) is an advantage
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
Detailed- oriented, high can- do attitude
