JOB DESCRIPTION
PaymentManagement:
• Incharge of internal and external payments
•Reconcile/monitor debt with clients
•Record entries related to cash receipts/disbursement, bank deposit payments
•Carry out transactions with banks: withdraw money, transfer money, comparedocuments, bank supplementary books
•Monitor internal advances
•Record expenses in accounting software (if required)
•Gather all of reports of expenses monthly of company.
Accounting:
• Issuee- invoices
HR& Admin:
OtherHR/ Admin tasks assigned by Managers/ Supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
•English fluency is a must
•Prefer candidate has working experience in accounting, auditing, AR/AP
• Workwell in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software
•Graduated from university in finance, accounting or audit field
• Knowhow to plan and organize your work effectively.
•Ability to work independently.
• Goodat communication and presentation
•Withstand high work pressure.
•Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
