JOB DESCRIPTION
Thực hiện việc ký HĐ nguyên tắc, phụ lục liên quan và các hợp đồng dịch vụ khác cho Công ty
Phối hợp các phòng ban khác trong việc đảm bảo nguồn hàng trong shop tại UK luôn đầy đủ và số lượng bán ra được duy trì
Tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp và sản phẩm từ Trung Quốc, Đài Loan phục vụ yêu cầu kinh doanh của Công ty.
Định kỳ đánh giá NCC Trung Quốc, Đài Loan theo tiêu chuẩn của Công ty và tiêu chuẩn Quốc tế → xem xét đàm phán lại hoặc thay thế khi cần thiết
Đàm phán giá cả, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và điều khoản thương mại (phương thức giao hàng, thời gian giao hàng, điều khoản thanh toán...)
Tham gia các hội chợ trong nước và quốc tế nhằm tạo cơ hội giao lưu, tìm kiếm NCC
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.

REQUIREMENTS
Kinh nghiệm: có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc định hướng lâu dài ở mảng Xuất nhập khẩu
Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Trung (thành thạo 4 kỹ năng) bắt buộc
Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành liên quan đến thương mại quốc tế hoặc Xuất nhập khẩu.

Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Mon- Fri 13h00- 21h00 Sat 09h00- 12h30
Create and manage vendor master data in SAP.
Check and process documents as invoices, letters, statement in UK bookkeeping folder.
Liaise with purchasing team and suppliers to resolve queries relating to payment.
Proceed and book payment timely and accurately.
Check, book and fill all invoices and supporting documents for trade and non- trade suppliers to make sure all payments to be complied with internal compliance
REQUIREMENTS
University graduation/Bachelors in Economics/Accounting, Auditing or related profession, FIA or CAT Certificate could be advanced
Fluency in Chinese (both compositional and oral)
Good communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Work based on UK office hours 13h00- 21h00 Mon- Fri
REQUIREMENTS
Chinese and English is MUST
Ability to Multi- Task and work in a fast- paced, call centre environment
Experience in Customer Service Field, Call Centre, or Collections
Clerical or Data Entry Experience
Strong verbal communicator
