JOB DESCRIPTION
Objective:
To handle incoming calls professionallyand to manage administrative tasks effectively
To be always professional appearance ingreeting guests to bring the most convenient moments to the guests
To be an organized representative of Porsche Lifestyle (PLX)
Key tasks andresponsibilities:
Handling telephone calls professionally,screening and transferring to the right person, following Porsche phoneetiquettes
Maintain the reception areato ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment (for example: caringfor decorative elements such as flowers, surrounding plants and the coffeetable, etc)
Being responsible for thePorsche Lifestyle merchandise business, including product orders, productsales, product display, shop decoration and stock control.
Welcoming guests to theCompany nicely and effectively. Greet clients as soon as they arrive andconnect them with the appropriate parties.
Handling customer’s callsor walk- in visits and aligning with sales consultants.
Handling fixed officeexpenses (payment request for postage, cellphone, taxi, management fee,drinking water, water consumption, rental plant, internet, and office flowerfee, etc).
Taking care of cleanlinessand sound system in showroom.
· Other ad hoc assignments and projects
REQUIREMENTS
01- 02 years of workingexperience in similar position
Computer skills (MicrosoftOffice XP products)
Fluent in English(especially in speaking)
Good communication skills
Good appearance
