Key Responsibilities
Participate in employer branding initiatives under guidance, including representing the company at selected events.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
Support coordination with the Administrative team for company events and employee engagement activities.
Support networking activities to build positive relationships with external communities, as directed by HR leadership.
Provide assistance in cross- departmental communication and coordination as needed.

Work Experience
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong multitasking skills.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
