JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Assist in tracking and compiling sales performance of channel partners to ensure sales targets are met;
2 Support the implementation of sales policies and coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive sales;
3 Participate in monitoring risks and help maintain strong relationships with key accounts;
4 Support in managing sales team data, target tracking, and sales performance reports;
5 Assist in checking, compiling, and reporting on relevant business activities;
6 Collect feedback and contribute ideas to improve sales policies and customer retention strategies;
7 Coordinate with relevant teams to manage inventory, labeling, and product display to ensure alignment with business plans;
8 Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers.
REQUIREMENTS
1 University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields;
2 At least 1 year of experience in the mobile phone industry or related sales/channel support roles;
3 Basic understanding of online and offline sales;
4 Experience working with mobile operators or distribution partners is a plus;
5 Proficiency in Chinese is required for daily communication and reporting;
6 Good skills in Excel, report compilation, communication, and cross- functional coordination.
