JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Intern is responsible for supporting the Business Development team
in their efforts to generate new leads, grow the company&039;s customer base, bring in new
customers and close deals.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers;
• Assist in developing and execute lead generation campaigns, utilizing various channels
such as email marketing & trade show exhibition;
• Create and deliver product proposals and sales presentations to new customers;
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, provide prompt customer
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments;
support by addressing inquiries, following up, resolving issues, and gathering feedback;
• Monitor CRM tool to help manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education background in Business, International Trade or relevant fields; final- year
student is preferred;
• Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain / Retail / International Trade is greatly
preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
• Fluent in English;
• Energetic, fast learners, ability to adapt quickly;
• Ability to work independently and teamwork, adapting to a fast- paced and multi- cultural
collaborative environment;
• Good at MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
