JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator isresponsible for supporting logistics operations, warehouse and inventorymanagement, procurement activities, and cross- functional coordination to ensurethe supply chain operates efficiently and on schedule.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Logistics & Import – Export
Track logistics performance indicators such as On- Time Delivery (OTD), lead time, freight costs, and shipment damages.
Coordinate with agents to complete customs clearance procedures and ensure shipments are cleared on time.
Monitor and support international export and import operations for the company.
Ensure familiarity with international import/export regulatory requirements and ensure that company is ahead of these requirements.
Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth shipment execution.
Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation including but not limited to Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin / Certificate of Analysis (CO/COA), and Shipping Instructions.
B. Warehouse & Inventory Management
Reconcile inventory data between system records and physical stock.
Manage packaging materials for company products.
Monitor inventory levels including inbound, outbound, and on- hand stock for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
C. Procurement Support
Source and work with logistics and transportation partners as required.
Handle procurement of outsourced items such as packaging, cartons, and company marketing materials (POSM)....
Liaise with suppliers, compare quotations, and support supplier selection.
D. Other Tasks
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS

RequirementsAble to start immediately orwith short notice is a strong advantage.
Candidates with experience inthe food industry are preferred.
Good English communicationskills, both written and spoken, for working with partners and internal teams.
Experience with ERP systems(Odoo) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills withhigh attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good understanding of customsprocedures, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Proactive, able to work undertight deadlines, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in SupplyChain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field isadvantageous
Minimum 2 year of relevantworking experience mandatory; willingness to work in a startup environment.
BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with experience.
Gross salary range: 10- 14 mil/month
