JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily legal tasks
· Draft and review simple contracts, notice and/or other legal documents;
· Translate legal documents into English and vice versa;
· Prepare and conduct licensing procedure regarding any required matters (update ERC, promotion program, etc.) under the supervision of Legal Team Lead/Legal Manager;
· Report to and take instructions from Legal Team Lead/Legal Manager/Head of RCL.
· Do legal research, update new regulations and alert any changes in regulation that may impact the Company’s operation;
- Admin stuff
· Retain legal documents and provide to internal Departments upon being requested;
· Support in filing corporate documents.
· Have legal documents certified as true copy or notarized;
· Manage the Company stamp and record the tracking administration correctly;
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Can- do attitude;
- Third or fourth year- student major in law of a well- known law school;
- Familiar with office tools (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Good English;
- Being able to manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
