JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research
Prepare legal forms and documents
Support our legal team in various daily tasks
Assist with startup, tech, M&A, and fundraising projects

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Detail- oriented with excellent research and writing skills
Strong interest in corporate law, particularly related to startups and technology
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred: Full- time availability, 4th year students.
