Job Objective:
As an E- Commerce &Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in boosting Vinda’s onlinepresence. You will assist in daily E- store operations and support the marketingteam in creating engaging content and analyzing campaign performance to drivegrowth.
Responsibilities:
v
E- Commerce Support (50%):
Manage product listings (SKU uploads,content optimization, store decoration).
Monitor stock levels and coordinate formega campaign preparations.
Handle customer inquiries and reviews tomaintain high service ratings.
Assist in operating Official Stores(Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Tiki).

Digital Branding & Content (50%):
Campaign Support: Assist in executingdigital ads, tracking KPIs/ROI, and booking KOLs/KOCs.
Reporting: Collect data and assist inpreparing performance reports.
Content Creation: Design visual assets(Canva/Photoshop) and produce short- form videos (CapCut/TikTok/Reels).
Market Intelligence: Conduct monthlyresearch on competitors and industry trends.
v Ad- hoc Tasks: Support the manager with otherdigital- related assignments.
Requirements:
WeekendAvailability: Can support fieldwork or events on Saturdays/Sundayswhen needed (compensatory time off provided).
Language:Good command of written and spoken English.
Proactive& Multi- tasking: Bold in ideas, detail- oriented, andready to learn in a fast- paced FMCG environment.
Content Creator Mindset: Highly prioritized candidates who canfilm and edit videos using CapCut, TikTok tools, or Premiere/Canva.
Mobility: Willing to go for outdoorshooting/fieldwork (at supermarkets or event sites) to capture content.
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or relatedfields with a passion for E- commerce & Digital Marketing.
Work conditions &Benefits:
Working Hours: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (Mon- Fri) with flexiblestaggered hours to accommodate your class schedule.
Location: 7/28 Thanh Thai Street, District 10, HCMC& Fieldwork (Shooting locations).

Allowance: 03- 05 million VND/month.
