Corporate Learning & Development Management

Implementing training needs analysis, planning, conducting and following up after training in order to strengthen employees’ soft- skills.

Onboarding Program

Deliver a tailored Employee Onboarding program that embodies Maison’s culture and equip new hire with full overview of company and related functional department.

Individual Development Program Management

Collaborate with the L&D Supervisor to develop and manage the Individual Development Program, ensuring effective execution and alignment with employee development goals.

E- learning

Lead the management and development of content for the E- learning platform, ensuring that materials are regularly updated, interactive, and engaging. Continuously optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operations and an enhanced learning experience.

Administration

Provide assistance and administrative support in the planning, organization and implementation of training
Oversee the logistics and administration of the training events
Vendor management
Monitor training cost to ensure budget is not exceeded

Reporting and Analysis

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.

Work Experience:

Preferably experienced employee specialized in retail management or equivalent
At least 2 to 4 years in Training & Development or equivalent

Functional skills:

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in MS office applications
Good Presentation Skills
Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills
Vietnamese and English proficiency
