MARKETING TEAM LEADER

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research and analyze marketing- related measures from competitors.
- Work hour: 8:00- 17:00, Monday- Friday, alternative Saturday
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
- Manage the marketing team&039;s budget and personnel and perform related tasks.
- Manage and update the company’s website and official SNS account.
- Plan marketing measures based on research results and company policies.
- Evaluate and analyze different measures taken, then propose and implement improvement measures based on analysis results.
- Work location: Thinh Phat Industrial Park, Luong Binh Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An
- Collect feedback and analyze customer’s needs.
- Research and analyze market needs and market- related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Communicate fluently in English. (intermediate level)
- Willing to go on business trips to provinces and cities when necessary
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a team or project related to Marketing.
- Graduated from College in any major
- Skills in collecting, and analyzing information, making reports, and managing work.
