What You&039;ll Do
Be involved in brainstorming & executing ideas for LOA Portal’s activities, including but not limited to event organization, content creation, photography & videography.
Help track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and support reporting with insights for improvement.
Assist in developing creative ideas and produce videos/podcasts.
Be in charge of content creation on LOA Portal’s social media channels based on the strategic guideline and monthly content calendar.
Ensure all communication materials follow LOA Portal’s brand tone and visual guidelines before publication.
Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
Monitor and update information from the Canadian government, institutional partners, and customer insights to identify market trends and propose relevant content angles and campaign ideas.
Occasionally support video shoots or editing (basic videography skills are a plus).
Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospective students.
What You Bring
Passionate about education, creativity, and helping students succeed globally.
Digital- savvy with a good understanding of digital marketing and a creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and youth- oriented content.
Fresh graduates or students in final year with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn; able to manage multiple small tasks.
Experience in the study- abroad, EdTech, or youth- oriented sectors is a plus.
Basic understanding of SEO principles & email marketing is an advantage.
Excellent Vietnamese communication and good English reading/writing skills.

Saturday morning (8:00- 11:30 AM) (online)
Monday- Friday (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM),
Work- from- home allowance: up to 1 day per week
