About the Team:
This role partners closely with Key Account Leaders to monitor full- funnel performance, detect anomalies, diagnose root causes, and optimize programs and execution across Programs team → Key Account → KOL, driving sustainable traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
As a KOL Performance Partner within Shopee Affiliate’s Key Account team, you will ensure the performance quality of top and strategic KOLs.
Job Description:
Act as the performance bridge between Programs team, Key Account team, and KOL execution.
Monitor daily/weekly performance of top- tier KOLs (traffic, CTR, CVR, orders, GMV, Income).
Deliver concise dashboards and actionable insights, not limited to reports.
Identify operational gaps and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and execution quality.
Detect performance anomalies and conduct root- cause analysis across traffic quality, conversion, commission, incentives, program mechanics, and operations.
Evaluate and optimize program effectiveness by KOL tier, content format, and business objective.
Assist Key Account Leaders on KOL performance reviews, prioritization, and optimization decisions.
Requirements:
Strong full- funnel performance analysis skills (traffic → click → order → GMV/revenue).
Strong data- driven thinking to come up with actionable optimizations (SKU, content, incentive, program).
Advanced data analysis skills.
Experience partnering with Key Account or business owners in performance- driven roles.
High ownership mindset with proactive problem- solving and structured thinking.
Cross- platform exposure (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Understanding of content- driven commerce (video, livestream, CTA impact).
Solid understanding of affiliate / incentive- based programs and execution flows.
Experience building playbooks, SOPs, or scalable performance frameworks.
Proven problem- solving skills to detect performance anomalies and clearly explain root causes.
Experience working with top- tier / strategic KOLs or affiliates.
