[HCM] - Ni Hao Ma Tuyển Dụng General Accountant Full-time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage fixed asset and prepaid allocation, publish balance sheets and profit/loss statements periodic.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, receivable and payable accounts and arrange bank payment timely.
Coordinate with external auditors for matters.
Compute taxes reports requested monthly, quarterly and yearly (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, patent tax...).
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activity.
Comply with all company, local and government financial policies and regulations.
Manage all daily transactions, handle company cashflow and budget forecasts.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backup when necessary.
Report on financial health and liquidity to managers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.
At least 2- year experience in Accountant, or similar role.
Attention to detail.
Being proficient in English is required.
Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial process.

Probation period: 2 months, 100% full salary during probation
