Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern
We are a group of people who are striving and pursuing to build their own dreams and gather here to build Base‘s big dreams and aspirations, becoming a public company, IPO in 2026 and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate intern to join our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead to develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and promote our employer brand. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands- on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding and HR field.

1. Roles of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Interns (TA & EB Intern) at Base.

Talent Acquisition (50%)

Coordinate with the Learning & Development (L&D) and Internal Communications (IC) teams to support candidate integration and ensure thorough candidate care, providing the best experience for candidates/new hires.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings, schedule interviews, and follow up on the recruitment process.
Promote internal communication to increase the rate of candidate referrals.
Regularly report recruitment progress for assigned positions to the Talent Acquisition Lead on a weekly basis (or as requested).
Provide research support as required.
Post job advertisements on both free and paid channels.
Use the Base E- hiring recruitment software to track progress, respond to candidates, and store information throughout the recruitment process.
Receive recruitment requests from the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Employer Branding (50%)

Online: Design and create branding communication content for the employer.
Offline: Participate in planning, organizing, and preparing materials/presentation slides for events such as job fairs, company tours, seminars/webinars, etc.

Income = Fixed salary 3M + effective salary 2M (Total income 5M)
Ideal Candidate Personality:

Willing to build and develop personal networks.
4th year students, or those who just graduated with a bachelor‘s degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Foreign Language, ..., can work full time (the company can create conditions for candidates to 1- 2 days off/week).
Is a person with positive energy, dedicated, goal- oriented, and has a strong passion for helping individuals on their career development path.
Priority is given to candidates born in 2004- 2001
Proficient in design tools for work (designing images, clips, etc.).

Working location & time:

Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning: 8:30- 12:00.; 13:30 – 18:00
Work location: 8th floor, 538 D. Cach Mang Thang 8, Ward 11, District 3, HCM

Interview process:

Round 2: Competency Interview with Line Manager
Round 1: Call Interview with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Round 3: Culture- fit with Director Base HCM
