JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare documents for Purchasing Order issuing
Follow up and support in implementation of strategy tasks and KPI for purchasing department
Do other daily business assistance
Deal with local and oversea suppliers directly to support RFQ, vendor creation
Follow up purchasing contacts
Support local and oversea buyers on purchasing process
Prepare supplier database, follow up RFQs (Request for quotations)
REQUIREMENTS
High sense of discipline and confidentiality
Can- do attitude, urge in learning and development
Ability to work in multicultural teams
Eyes for details and good organization skills
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), familiar with SAP software
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
Personal skills, Time Management skills, Task Management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Entitled as full- time student during 6- month internship period with major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain...
