B2B Marketing Manager Temporary (8 months- 1 year)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Market & Customer Insights
Conduct portfolio gap analyses to uncover new business opportunities (products, services, solutions).
Develop segment strategies aligned with brand and long- term growth priorities.
Analyze market, competitive landscape, and customer/end- user trends.
Identify customer pain points and unmet needs to shape future offers.
Value Proposition & BusinessModel Development
Set volume, market share, and margin ambitions for each segment.
Refresh or redesign business models (channels, partners, customer relations, internal resources) to support growth.
Contribute to revenue management and own P&L performance for the segment (net sales and profitability).
Define customer value propositions (CVP) and commercial value propositions (DVP).
Define concrete growth actions and levers to increase revenue and share.
Go- to- Market (GTM) Planning &Execution
Build multi- channel GTM strategies, including digital touchpoints.
Assess pricing and competitive positioning of offers.
Coordinate cross- functional stakeholders such as:
Market intelligence
Sales & trade marketing
Product/technical teams
Supply chain
Regulatory/certification teams
Provide tools and materials that enable sales execution (e.g., value- selling content).
Challenge legacy business models and propose innovative approaches.
Support launch planning for new offers and products.
Fleet & End- User ProgramManagement
Build customer success and retention plans for key accounts.
Manage fleet- focused commercial initiatives (e.g., pricing programs, direct sales schemes, performance guarantees).
Lead testing programs and customer performance evaluations.
Develop case studies, testimonials, and performance analyses to support sales.
Technical Enablement & ProductSupport
Act as technical advisor for sales on product performance and claims.
Organize product and technical training for internal teams and partners.
Validate and prepare technical material for internal and external use.
Business Performance Steering
Monitor segment performance and lead corrective action planning.
Support forecasting, certification planning, and product availability coordination.
Contribute to annual business planning (volume, margin, commercial budget).
Track Go to Market execution using the company’s SAVE model (acquisition, value creation, experience, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Exposure to industrial, automotive, tire, logistics, mobility, or related B2B sectors is a plus.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, business development, or product management for minimum 3 years in any multinational organization
Strong analytical capability in market and customer insight work.
Commercial mindset with P&L understanding.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating cross- functional teams.
This is a temporary position with an 8–12 month contract
Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City
Ability to design and manage complex go- to- market strategies.
