JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition (TA):
Help manage and update applicant tracking databases and reports.
Support recruitment process: job posting and CV screening
Employee Engagement (EE):
Assist with internal communication content creation (emails, posters, announcements, etc.Create engaging visual content using Canva for HR communications, social media, and internal campaigns.Brainstorm fresh and fun ideas to improve employee touchpoints.
Participate in events as a coordinator, MC, or facilitator as needed.
Support planning and execution of employee events, town halls, team- building activities, and onboarding programs.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain HR data trackers and generate simple reports (e.g., recruitment pipeline, event feedback, participation rates)
REQUIREMENTS
Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Willing to learn, explore new projects, and take initiative with a beginner&039;s mindset.
An extroverted and proactive personality who enjoys working with people and isn’t afraid to speak up or host.
Comfortable with data and reporting, with working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Creative, with basic design skills (especially in Canva) and an eye for aesthetics.
Able to juggle multiple tasks, manage time well, and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
