JOB DESCRIPTION
Build up andkeep abreast of legislative change for all relevant stakeholders and develop,execute the compliance action plan for new Legal regulations.
Coordinate for legal automation andsimplification agenda and take care of operational tasks of the legal teams.
Support inexecuting the daily licensing agenda of the Company including promotionnotification and registration.
Draft corporatedocuments/agreements including but not limited to POA, resolutions,Inter- Company Agreement. Provide the first review for daily agreements and MKTmaterials of Sales and MKT.
Conductinglegal research supporting the legal advice on Licensing, Sales and MKT matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Advanced English
Detail- oriented and well- organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Full- time availability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Law backgound. GPA >7.5
