JOB DESCRIPTION
Offboardingand management of the exit process.
Managethe contractors’ information and ensure that regular updates are done in thesystem.
Maintaina close connect with recruitment consultants who place the candidates so as toensure that there are no information gaps.
Ensureprocesses are administered accurately within defined SLAs.
Maintainaccurate and timely data recording. Issue letters and support them whererequired.
Provideend- to- end administrative support including (but not limited to) preparing anduploading documents to system for both Contract and Temporary Workers,extension, termination, contract resignations, reference checks, warnings,grievances, leave requests, claims requests, contractor bonuses, renewal ortermination of Work Passes
Liaisingwith internal and external stakeholders
NotifyClients when their Contractors are due for renewal or termination, confirmtheir decision and inform Contractors accordingly
Workclosely with the contractors and clients to improve work relationships, buildmorale, increase productivity and retention.
Liaisewith the payroll & finance team to resolve contractor timesheet issues,claims and payment issues, Client billing issues, overpayments made etc. andinform them on advance listing and payments
Managethe end- to- end pre- joining and onboarding formalities so that the contractorshave a smooth integration which includes contract issuance, work passapplications, renewals, collection of documents, conducting of reference checksand so on.
Handlecontractor’s disciplinary issues and grievance handling.
Connectwith client regularly and provide HR advisory services as required.
Manageleave, insurance, allowances and other benefits administration.
Ensuretimely and accurate payroll information is provided so that contractors receivetheir salary payments accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
Aproblem- solver and result- oriented consultant in managing multiple clients atthe same time.
Abilityto multi- task and detail oriented.
Openfor in house and external payroll background.
Goodcommunication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
ExperienceHR administration support role.
Proficientin MS Offices (Word and Excel)
Consultantlevel: At least 2 years
SeniorConsultant level: At least 5 years
