Internship in Engineering Department
Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or any other relevant major? Are you willing to work full- time for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different projects in the area of the Engineering Department? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world? If so, let’s join us as a new Administration Intern in Engineering Department.
What will you do?
In this role, you will work on interesting tasks such as:
Learning about PR/PO tracking (purchase request/ purchase order) and documentation,
Assisting daily admin tasks for the Engineering office
Supporting the department’s reporting
Working closely with manager to keep track of all of the requested orders sent to Purchasing Department,
Participating small buy/special buy procurement process
Executing your own improvement projects in the field of engineering as well as other assigned tasks
Who are we looking for?
To fit into our team you should have:
Fluency in English, excellence at office skills (PowerPoint is a plus)
The interest and desire to learn new things and not be afraid of challenges
A Student Certificate from your university is required.
Strong communication skills
Great attention to detail is an advantage
High teamwork spirit, confidence & ability to work independently
