JOB DESCRIPTION
as manage logistics personnel and system.
The Intern, Logistics will be responsible
for the direct day- to- day operations, as well
Task 1: PURCHASE TO PAY NON- TRADE SERVICE & CONSUMABLE
Non- trade vendor risk assessment and creation.
Coordinate with Finance to resolve all issues related to invoice, payments.
Research suppliers for cost saving and sample comparison.
Manage contract due date.
PR ZOHO creation, validate billing, payment following up for non- trade service, consumable.
Task 2: CUSTOMS CLEARANCE MANAGEMENT
Manageimport history follow 1 article 1 HS code rule.
MaintainHS code database for VN profile in PID and S4 Hana.
Maintainmaster database for import declaration for new shipment.
FollowCHB tracker and SLA to ensure on time delivery and avoid storage, dem/dept.
Followup collect hard copy COO and storage with 3PL for after clearance audit.
ControlECUS users for declaration.
Updateregulation related to import/export.
Followtrade/ non- trade import shipment to ensure proper import type.
Researchimport regulation for new non- trade products to validate CHB performance
Declareconformity test, manage lab test and announcement to authority after clearance.
Task 3: REPORT and OTHERS
Documentation and Filling
Conductsfunctional review meetings with internal customer WS, Retail, Ecom
ECUS, SAP, PBI report and all kinds
Followingup trackers
Organizingthe Documents Library for related documents.
Supportall logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS

Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Bachelor’s degree Customs/Logistics
Solution- oriented, highly structured, and can workunder pressure.
