JOB DESCRIPTION
Take part in and support the school’s activities and events
Other tasks as assigned by Academic managementas required
Periodically assess students and report to the school and parents
Work with and support Vietnamese English Teachers, Personal Tutors and other school staff as required
REQUIREMENTS
Weekday evening and weekend availability
Experience in teaching English to adults preferred
Enthusiastic and passionate about English education
Outgoing and loves working with people from diverse backgrounds
Patient, proactive and energetic
Good communication skills

- Manage student class schedules and client appointments.
- Student follow- up and class reminder calls
- Greet walk- ins and receive incoming calls before assigningthem to Sales staff

JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor and reconcile bank payment data.
Monthly reconciliation and confirmation of cash inflows for each center.
Enter daily expenses into the software according to the guidance of the general accountant.
Issue invoices for students.
Specific details of the job will be discussed during the interview process.
Prepare reports related to daily, weekly, and monthly revenue for management.
Calculate and prepare VAT tax declarations.
Supervise daily collection documents from the admin center and reconcile documents sent at the end of each month.
Update pricing and discount data in the software monthly.
REQUIREMENTS
Quick adaptability.
Transparent and upright work style.
Eager to learn.
Flexible working hours.
Interested in the business of education and foreign languages.
University or College students in their 3rd or 4th year, majoring in accounting.
Disciplined and principled with professional ethics.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…).
