[HCM] Ứng Dụng Thanh Toán Di Động ZaloPay Tuyển Dụng Risk Analyst Full-Time 2024

Perform risk assessment periodically or when on- boarding new merchants;
Monitor fraud/chargeback status caused by and suspicious activities of merchants and collaborate with merchant teams to mitigate the risk;
Maintain merchant blacklist, high- risk merchant category codes (MCCs) and industries, prohibited products & business activities based on rules & requirements of Visa/MasterCard, State Bank of Vietnam and acquiring banks;
Define rules/policies/strategies applied for merchants based on merchant risk level to maintain a high payment success rate without losses from risk perspective;
Update rules of State Bank of Vietnam, Card Organizations and payment market information:
Update rules of State Bank of Vietnam about payment, e- commerce, wallet, bank cards;
Update rules of Card Organizations about transaction processing, charge- back rules, risk management.

Final year university students or freshers with less than 01 year of working experience by the time of application;
Logical thinking and problem- solving skills – ability to identify the root cause, evaluate potential loss, user experience impact; and quickly give solution;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
Major in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business or related fields;
Great communication skills – ability to communicate well with teams to give persuasive opinions and define rules;
Be open- minded, eager to learn new things and embrace challenges;
Able to work full- time from Monday to Friday;
Nice to have:
Ability to interpret data, analyze and visualize results with tools;
Ability to work well in a fast- paced environment;
Fluent in English.
