Head of Commercial Air Conditioner AQUA Electrical Appliances Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Product range: LCAC, VRF (MRV), Chillers.
Manage all activities of CAC Business, Operations & Product Planning to achieve the business target.
CAC Sales & Business Development:
- Expand the sales channels for pushing sales & maximizing market penetration.
- Establish, develop & execute CAC Sales goals/ strategies to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Improve & maintain the efficiency of department operation to ensure smooth business operations.
- Drive sales in all regions in all sales channels to achieve the sales target.
Product Planning:
- Ensure the product planning, OPSI (order, purchase, sales, inventory), policy, budget control… to ensure the sufficient product planning.
- Lead the deployment of new product launching, product phase out, policy, pricing, sales channel strategy, trade marketing, training, OPSI (to factory)…
Team Management & HQ Coordination:
- Coordinate with HQ, customize & execute the strategies from HQ
- Lead CAC Team to achieve the business target.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HVAC Engineering/ or equivalent
- Team Management Skills and People- Centric Approach
- Knowledge & Experience in Planning & Strategy and Logical Thinking.
- Easy- going characteristic, Persuasive & innovative.
- Good at written and spoken English or Chinese skills.
- At least 4 years’ experience of Commercial Air Conditioner business or other relevant Air solutions Products.
