REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Leadership and Communication: Strong team leadership, decision- making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
Problem- Solving and Innovation: Proven ability to address complex challenges, implement innovative solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Experience: Proven track record with 7+ years in IT services management, including leadership roles in infrastructure, service delivery, and support.
Strategic and Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business goals and oversee large- scale IT operations.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and IT service management frameworks.
