We believe Diversity makes us better.*Key Activities:Main responsibilities:- Legal advice and guidance on all aspects of M&S Vietnam businesses, activities, policies and procedures.- Draft/review, inventory and safekeeping of all legal documents.- Compliance of M&S Vietnam affiliates with their legal obligations in all fields (corporate, administrative, etc.).- Legal/regulatory watch, impact analysis of potential changes.- Corporate secretary (formalities related to board/members/shareholder meetings) and administration (licenses, registrations, certificates etc.).- Management and follow- up of any and all litigations involving an M&S Vietnam affiliate.- Keeping the Company’s legal information system (currently TELA) up- to- date.- Relationship with legal advisors and competent authorities.Contributes to:- Identifying and managing risks.- Trainings and presentations as they may occur.- Projects as they may arise, as well as any other assignments/duties given by the ManagementFulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management

- Degree in Legal Affairs in Vietnam (Certified Lawyer).- Good knowledge of Vietnamese law and legal matters in Vietnam.- At least 10 years of experience in international law firms and legal departments of international companies.- Vietnamese mother tongue.- Good English essential, French will be a plus.
