Head of Legal (Construction & Real Estate)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the operation of the legal department.
Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
Involve & provide legal management for all task related to IPO, M&A, International projects
Providing strategic to BOD & stakeholder for all legal relating matters of company business development and internal stakeholder
Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
Conducting legal research to ensure their organization is up- to- date with the latest legal changes.
Providing legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, intellectual property and corporate governance.
Representing the company in legal proceedings, working with outside counsel when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree of Laws or higher
At least 10+ years of working experience in Law firm, Real estate, Construction or any related.
Manage & oversee all activities in legal department
