Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement integrated retail marketing and eCommerce strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
Define and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and eCommerce specialists.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages professional growth and high performance.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data- driven decisions.

eCommerce Management:

Collaborate with IT and Group Digital teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Optimize the online store for maximum conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
Manage the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user- friendly online shopping experience.

Retail Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for physical retail locations to drive foot traffic and in- store sales.
Plan and manage local and regional marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Customer Experience:

Leverage customer feedback and insights to improve the customer journey continuously.
Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Budget Management:

Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Cross- Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as operation, commercial, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with suppliers/brands, external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.

Market Analysis and Insights:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing performance and market conditions

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
4 years of experience in retail marketing, e- commerce, advertising, digital, or communication.

Knowledge & Experience:

In- depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in developing and managing loyalty programs.
Familiarity with retail merchandising and supply chain operations.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
