Job Summary:
Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. Head of Marketing and Sales will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company&039;s operations goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
Ensure sample developments smoothly and successfully transferred to mass production
Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Follow up and keep sales and marketing development schedules on track
Partners with the Board of Management to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Maintain customer relations with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities either directly and/or through Sales and Inside Sales teams.
Ensure all samples quality and in time delivery
Directly manage Sales and Inside Sales team to meet the company&039;s operations goals
Performs other duties as assigned by General Director.
Co- ordinate with HR departments in employee performance reviews
Submit to Fisher Barton Group the correct and sufficient reports as requirement
Recommend ideas to General Director to ensure Company’ s business efficiency
Co- operate with other departments within authorized responsibilities;
Prepare unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, promotional literature, developing pricing strategies and participating in exhibitions either as an exhibitor or attendee.
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the Sales and Inside Sales teams meet their goals.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing Sales and Inside Sales teams to meet the human resource objectives.
