JOB DESCRIPTION
Effectively communicate in Japanese with Japanese clients to ensure accurate information transfer:
Support welcoming Japanese clients visiting project teams or GEM&039;s office.
Discuss business requirements and participate with other (English- speaking) BAs in preparing requirement specifications, Q&A, and product feature demos;
Communicate general project information such as progress, timelines, and overall quality (content will be pre- prepared by the project PM);
Occasionally interpret during technical discussions involving solutions and technical challenges (content is pre- prepared by the Tech Lead; direct communication in meetings with Tech Lead/Specialist Developer present);
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and Japanese;
Familiarity with creating wireframes/mockups; experience using tools or AI for translation is a plus;
Ability to write meeting minutes and requirement specifications;
JLPT N2 or higher;
Experience with HR, timekeeping, payroll, or tax management systems is a plus.
Open to training fresh graduates with good Japanese skills;
Experience in negotiating and communicating with clients in fluent spoken Japanese; understanding of Japanese culture and work etiquette;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and Execute SEO Strategy:
Create a SEO roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives, aiming to increase organic visibility across targeted market and drive high- quality website traffic;
Conduct in- depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments to guide both on- page and off- page initiatives.
Technical SEO & Google Algorithm Compliance:
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates (such as the Helpful Content Update, BERT, and MUM) and quickly adapt strategies to maintain and improve organic search performance.
Collaborate with web development teams to ensure that websites are optimized for mobilefirst indexing, fast loading speeds, and overall technical performance including Core Web Vitals and structured data implementation;
Content Optimization & Data Analytics:
Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Clarity, etc.) to monitor website performance, user behavior, and search trends;
Work closely with the content team to develop and optimize high- quality, engaging content that meets E- E- A- T (Experiences, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards;
Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously enhance SEO strategies.
Link Building & Digital Outreach:
Build high- quality backlinks by engaging in industry forums, blogging platforms, and relevant community groups;
Develop a sustainable, white- hat link building strategy focused on acquiring high- quality backlinks from authoritative sources;
Conduct targeted email outreach to secure link- exchange opportunities with reputable websites and industry partners.
Innovative Tools & AI Integration:
Leverage the latest AI tools and machine learning insights for data analysis, content generation, and predictive SEO performance;
Experiment with new SEO technologies and automation tools to streamline processes and uncover additional growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data trends and translate insights into actionable strategies, Looker Studio know- how is advantage;
A minimum of 2- 3 years’ hands- on experience in SEO/SEM, preferably within the tech industry;
Proficiency in leading SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Clarity, Mangools, and advanced keyword research platforms;
Proficiency in Google Ads, and other paid media platforms;
Proven ability to strategically leverage AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency and productivity.
Deep understanding of on- page and off- page SEO best practices, with a focus on creating content that supports long- term brand authority and lead generation;
