About our Accounting Outsourcing Services
We are thebackstage professionals of the investment world. As a Fund & AccountingAssociate, you will assist our Singapore- based clients stay accurate,compliant, and investor- ready. In this role, you will:
Coordinatewith Hanoi and Singapore head office colleagues to provide financialoutsourcing services such as bookkeeping, fund accounting, and other financialtasks.
Ensuredeliverables to client meet established quality and timeline standards.
Liaisewith clients to address queries related to the services provided.
Performad- hoc tasks as requested by managers.
About Bootcamp: Your Pathto Success
Phase2: Real Work Phase (Next 2 Months): Engage in hands- on, real- world practice under the guidance ofexperienced professionals. Qualified trainees will be offeredthe role of Accounting Associate.
Phase1: Base camp (3weeks): Join our Base Camp, where you build strong foundations. You will go beyondtheory with hands- on learning from real fund cases and direct mentoring from ourtrainers. Traineeswho meet performance expectations will advance to Phase 2.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We are looking for:
Ability to work independently and collaborate as ateam.
Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting (preferrable) or Finance.
Proficiencyin English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Eagerto learn, ready to work.

About the role
As an AccountingAssociate at First Trust ACPA, you will be responsible for delivering arange of financial outsourcing services, including bookkeeping and fundadministration. You will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensurehigh- quality service delivery and provide timely responses to any inquiries.
Key
responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.
Perform ad- hoc tasks as requested by managers.
Ensure deliverables to the head office meet established quality and timeline standards.
Coordinate with head office colleagues to provide financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, fund administration, and other financial tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in time management.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency being mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferrable) or finance.

About the role
We are seeking an experiencedand proactive Client Relationship Executive (Chinese Speaking) to manageand develop strong relationships with Chinese- speaking clients. This role isresponsible for ensuring high client satisfaction, understanding client needs,and delivering tailored solutions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long- term relationships with existing and new clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese- speaking clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Accounting and auditing knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency being mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Language, Business or related fields is preferred
1–2 years of experience in client relationship management, client servicing, or a similar client- facing role
Strong client service mindset with good problem- solving skills
Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and ability to work within stringent timelines in a fast- paced work environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client request
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability in report writing
