Geniee Vietnam was established in 2013 in Hanoi with 5 members and now expanded to nearly 50 employees. To accelerate our growth, we plan to expand the number to 70. We are looking for potential candidates who are expected to be core members of Geniee Vietnam. JOB DESCRIPTION
Build strong relationships with Publisher partners and provide excellent customer service.
Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of Geniee’s services and transferring it to website owners (Publishers)
Being responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships with direct supervisor and other departments
Tracking, analyzing and providing suggestions to optimize client performance
Effectively and strategically presenting and introducing advertising opportunities to clients (publishers). This includes advertising opportunities that the publisher is not currently taking advantage of.
Utilizing multiple approaches to acquire new publishers through market research and industry trend analysis
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to provide publisher client ultimate support.
REQUIREMENTS
Must- haves:
Bachelor’s Degree
Korean language is a must
Native Vietnamese/Permanent residents ONLY
Nice- to- haves:
English: reading, writing and basic English communication
Numerate and analytical: Understand online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions is a plus
Experience in online ad- ops and/or campaign management within a digital media agency, ad network or online publisher is a plus

Senior Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products and services.
Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Optimizing, tracking, and analyzing client campaign performance with the client’s suggestion regarding increased performance.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns including discrepancy management.
Working directly with Demand Partners to build relationships and provide excellent customer service, which results in high publisher approval rates, timely receipt of ad tags, and campaign management and optimization.
Negotiating with prospects, providing quotations, and getting first orders.
Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and generating leads.
Effectively and strategically presenting opportunities to Demand clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English is a must
Bachelor’s Degree
2- 3 years experience in a digital advertising agency.
Numerate and analytical: Understanding online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions is a plus
Good communication and presentation skills, self- driven and highly motivated with good initiative and execution skills.
Extensive network and established relationships within the digital advertising agency community.
