JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare periodic financial reports such as profit statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide detailed information on the restaurant&039;s financial status to management and relevant agencies.
• Ensure all accounting and financial activities comply with legal regulations and fundamental accounting principles.
• Identify, record, and verify the key financial transaction dates of the restaurant, including revenue and expenditure, inventory, sales, employee payments, and other expense accounts.
• Be responsible for calculating, declaring, and handling related taxes such as VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax for employees, and other taxes as prescribed by law.
• Track and update information on the restaurant&039;s fixed assets, including valuation, depreciation, and maintenance of these assets.
• Monitor and analyze the restaurant&039;s expenses, propose cost- saving and optimization solutions to enhance business efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 3- 5 YOE in accountant position, above 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, tax regulations, and laws related to the F&B industry.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with other departments within the company, as well as with external stakeholders.
• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in accounting software and office computer skills.
