JOB DESCRIPTION
Main tasks
Perform recruitment tasks
Work with leader to fill efficiently and effectively open positions
Collect recruitment needs from line departments
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Develop a pool of qualified candidatesfor all positionsin advance
Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees
Create and post job advertisements, short- list CVs,conduct telephone interviews and organize interviews.
Perform C&B tasks
Implement and follow up employee health insurance
Support to implement the work of state insurance sickness, maternity and health care regimes,etc.
Buy travel insurance for employees when they are on a business trip
Other tasks:
Planning and deploying internal publications, news updates on Viva Engage, company fanpage.
Support team in organizing events of company
REQUIREMENTS
Competency
Self- motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Have good knowledge of multiple areas of recruitment methodology
Strong communication skills
Strong planning andorganizationalskills to balance and prioritize work
Fluent in English language
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Education
University:Bachelor’s in HR management or business administration
Experience
Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in the HR field
