JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development

Develop & implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify & pursue business opportunities in target markets both domestically and internationally.
Monitor & analyze market activity and provide recommendations for product improvement.
Collaborate with departments to ensure the execution of sales plans.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop & maintain a deep understanding of the company&039;s target markets.
Represent the company at trade shows and relevant events in domestic and international markets.
Build & maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and overseas partners.

Others

Perform other assigned tasks.
Participate in & support internal training.
Contribute to building, improving, and updating the company&039;s internal system.
Complete reports on time.

REQUIREMENTS

Mindset

Eager to learn, progressive, and disciplined.
Passionate, proactive, and responsible.

Skills

Effective communication, negotiation, and teamwork.
Analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English, Chinese, etc.) is preferred.
Problem- solving and conflict resolution.

Experience

Experience from 6 months to 1 year in a B2B sales position/department is preferred.
Experience in the field of logistics/freight forwarding is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Shipment Management

Create and maintain the documents for all shipments in the company’s internal system.
Manage the flow of import, export, and domestic shipments by Ocean, Air, Rail, and Multimodal Transport.
Collaborate with Vendors, Agents, and Carriers to track and provide shipments’ status.

Customer Experience Management

Provide accurate information promptly regarding shipments’ status, transit time, and customs requirements.
Contribute to Monthly Customer Reviews by providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Respond promptly and professionally to customers’ inquiries.

Others

Contribute to building, finalizing, and updating the above- collected information in the company&039;s internal system.
Execute other duties as assigned.
Deliver on- time reports.
Support regular internal training.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree & Experiences

Bachelor&039;s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Business, Import- Export, or relevant major.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Having from 6 months to 1 year working in the same position is preferred.

Skills

Problem- solving.
Good command of English.
Time, Data, and Job Planning Management.
Good communication skills.

Attitude

Customer- oriented, attention to detail, and structural thinking.
Self- starter, proactive manner, and can- do mindset.
