JOB DESCRIPTION
Legal Intern
We are seeking a highly
motivated and ambitious legal intern to join our team. This internship provides
a unique opportunity for law students or fresh graduates to gain valuable
experience working in a dynamic and fast- paced legal environment.
Vietnam –Hanoi Office
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefs
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as transaction documents and pleadings
Attend client meetings and assist with case management
Collaborate with our lawyers and staff on various legal projects
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Currently junior or senior in an accredited law school or recent graduate from law school
Excellent research and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
BENEFITS
