The Training Manager is responsible for driving the company&039;s values and philosophy, and ensuring all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization&039;s mission and vision.
The job requires competencies in areas such as leadership, managing execution, building relationships, generating talent and organizational capability, and learning and applying professional expertise.
The Training Manager&039;s responsibilities include administering employee training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, developing training program plans and budgets, and managing the training budget.
The position works with the property leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs, and is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.

Education and Experience

2- year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.

OR

4- year bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.
