JOB DESCRIPTION
Assisting in Food and Beverage Operations:
Responds promptly and proactively to address employee concerns
Creates and fosters a motivating, empowering, and team- oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and excellent customer service
Demonstrates self- confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
Provides outstanding customer service to all employees
Motivates and encourages staff to resolve guest and employee- related issues
Utilizes coaching skills across the property
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:
Responds quickly and proactively to address guest concerns
Understands and upholds the brand&039;s service culture
Follows up to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest&039;s satisfaction
Delivers excellent customer service
Develops relationships with guests to build a loyal customer base, both internally and externally
Sets high service expectations for all guests, both internal and external
Takes ownership of guest complaints/problems until they are resolved or addressed by the appropriate manager/employee
Additional Responsibilities:
Complies with all corporate accounting procedures
Assists the General Manager as needed with the annual Quality audit
REQUIREMENTS
Soft management skills are required.
Fluent in English.
High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2- year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1- year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
